TH produced The U.S. Open Sessions Lounge within the U.S. Open AMEX space at the Chase Center in an effort to promote the partnership between IBM and James Murphy of LCD Sound System while aligning the brand with the iconic U.S. tennis competition. The brand’s creative agency Ogilvy & Mather tasked TH with developing an innovative way to experience the brand’s new technology—a system that creates music from live sound feeds, such as the noise from the tournament. TH installed three sound domes with vertical flat screen displays inviting consumers to stand underneath each dome and watch live matches reimagined in geometric shapes while hearing the corresponding music develop in real time.
